| Peanut Butter Gravy
Serve on baked or mashed potatoes.
Blend in a blender till creamy
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Pour into saucepan and bring to boil,
stirring constantly till thick. Lower heat
and simmer a few minutes.
Barbecue Sauce
Combine in a saucepan
- 3 cups tomato puree or sauce
- 5 tablespoons molasses
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
