| Crock-Pot Scalloped Potatoes
Excellent served with patties and salads.
Blend in a blender till creamy
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons salt
Put into Crock-Pot
- 8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, diced
Pour the cashew sauce over the potatoes.
Add 2-3 cups
water, depending on how full the Crock-Pot gets. Stir.
The potatoes should be covered with liquid. Cooked on
high for about 8-9 hours. Split-Pea Soup
Combine in Crock-Pot
- 8 cups water
- 2 cups green or yellow split peas
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Cook overnight or all day on medium low. Serve
with sandwiches.
